  1. Register your account on the Infiniti InTouch owner portal.
  2. Add your vehicle using your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the PIN provided by the dealer.
  3. Choose a unique PIN and activate the Infiniti InTouch Mobile and Infiniti InTouch Services packages to start your services.

How do I know when I need new brake pads?

Typically, the first indication that any driver may notice when they need new brake pads is a screeching, squealing, or whining noise when the brakes are engaged. This sound is caused by a small, metallic shim marker that's rooted in your brake pads for just this purpose. If you hear screeching, squealing, or whining sounds when you engage your brakes, schedule a service appointment today and one of our factory-trained technicians can accurately diagnose your Infiniti's braking components.

How do I know when I need new brake rotors?

When you are driving, your car will tell you if the brake rotors need replacing. Squealing or squeaking is a good indication your rotors will need to be replaced, but if you hear a grinding sound, then you should make your way directly to our Service Centre for immediate attention and repair.

Must I always turn or replace my rotors when changing my pads?

To answer this question, we must first identify what is meant by the term "turning a rotor." This term is used to illustrate the process of machining, or lathing, brake rotors down to remove excess brake material from your brake pads, and to prevent warping and grinding. Turning a rotor extends the life of your brake pads by providing smooth braking action and generating less heat. Usually, it is best to have your rotors turned or replaced at every other brake pad change appointment. However, we suggest you consult our Infiniti Service Centre in Brampton at your scheduled brake change service appointment.

When Should I Have Vehicle Maintenance Performed?

Following a service schedule can be essential to keep your car in a good shape and running when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Every manufacturer sets recommendations for each of its models and trim levels. Our service department follows the suggested instructions for many services like oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, checking coolant, etc. The intervals can vary quite a bit depending on the specifics of your vehicle, so feel free to reach out to us to find out more about the schedule you should be following. Visit our Finance Centre to learn about the different service packages designed to save you money.

What Are The Benefits Of Using Synthetic Oil?

Synthetic oil is a product that many vehicle owners prefer for a number of reasons. Synthetic oil is manufactured, so it has a consistent quality. It has a better viscosity index and experiences less evaporation loss over time.

How Can I Help Maximize My Fuel Economy?

For starters, an oil change is a great way to maximize your fuel economy. Because when particulates accumulate in your oil, this can lead to decreased efficiency. It can also negatively affect your vehicle's performance, the cooling system's functions, and more.

Secondly, the air pressure in your tires is also a contributing factor to your fuel economy. If you don't have enough tire pressure in your tires, this can result in your vehicle needing to work harder to perform. Most new cars come with a tire pressure monitoring system that will alert you if your tires need air, but we recommend checking your tire pressure levels yourself periodically.

Why Do I Hear A Noise When I Apply The Brakes?

It's common to hear an odd sound when you apply the brakes to your vehicle. There are a few different issues that could be going on. For example, your brake pads may be running low and need replacement. Additionally, if your pads and rotors are down to the bare metal, this can put you at risk. Hissing sounds, thumping, and whistling are all sounds you should pay close attention to when breaking. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, contact us as soon as possible.

When Should I Get The Tires On My Vehicle Rotated?

A tire rotation should take place every six months or every 9600 km. Since this is one of our most frequently asked questions, we often recommend scheduling this rotation with your oil changes.
