Infiniti InTouch is a service provided to Infiniti owners to allow them to always stay in touch with the world around them. Infiniti InTouch integrates navigation, security, convenience, and entertainment into a dash-mounted innovative and high-tech system. It helps protect you, takes you where you need to go, makes every drive effortless, and keeps you connected the whole way there. You can access your in-vehicle apps, music, maps, phone contacts, and more from a convenient colour touchscreen. All your information can be retrieved by gesture controls like swipe, tap, and pinch, or by pressing the talk button on your steering wheel for voice commands.

How do I activate Infiniti InTouch?

To activate Infiniti InTouch and make the most of your high-tech in-car connectivity, you will need to open an Infiniti InTouch Portal account. Activation will only take a few minutes and is easy to complete.

  1. Register your account on the Infiniti InTouch owner portal.
  2. Add your vehicle using your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the PIN provided by the dealer.
  3. Choose a unique PIN and activate the Infiniti InTouch Mobile and Infiniti InTouch Services packages to start your services.
  4. Once activated, download the apps, and you are ready to connect your smartphone to your vehicle now.

Is Infiniti InTouch free?

With your first year of ownership, the Infiniti Connection Plus/InTouch Services Premier is complimentary. After the trial period, Infiniti InTouch Services can be purchased for $16.99 per month or $203.88 per year.

How do I know when I need new brake pads?

Typically, the first indication that any driver may notice when they need new brake pads is a screeching, squealing, or whining noise when the brakes are engaged. This sound is caused by a small, metallic shim marker that's rooted in your brake pads for just this purpose. If you hear screeching, squealing, or whining sounds when you engage your brakes, schedule a service appointment today and one of our factory-trained technicians can accurately diagnose your Infiniti's braking components.

How do I know when I need new brake rotors?

When you are driving, your car will tell you if the brake rotors need replacing. Squealing or squeaking is a good indication your rotors will need to be replaced, but if you hear a grinding sound, then you should make your way directly to our Service Centre for immediate attention and repair.

Must I always turn or replace my rotors when changing my pads?

To answer this question, we must first identify what is meant by the term "turning a rotor." This term is used to illustrate the process of machining, or lathing, brake rotors down to remove excess brake material from your brake pads, and to prevent warping and grinding. Turning a rotor extends the life of your brake pads by providing smooth braking action and generating less heat. Usually, it is best to have your rotors turned or replaced at every other brake pad change appointment. However, we suggest you consult our Infiniti Service Centre in Brampton at your scheduled brake change service appointment.
